First and last visit I am afraid. The atmosphere was not as welcoming as it could have be. One employee smoked out the front of the salon talking on their phone as I arrived another two spoke in their first language to each other on the sofa throughout my visit. The environment was tired and dirty in some areas. Hair products looked shop bought rather than salon quality. Did not feel my haircut was as professionally done as it should have been sadly. But Natalya was lovely to chat with.
