Booked a hollywood hot wax as per the advertisement.
Beautician then proceeded to use wax strips on me for half the treatment, so really it wasn't a full hollywood hot wax.
False advertising in this case and would never go back.

Very professional service in a lovely friendly salon. Waxing was very quick and relatively pain free. Treatment room was spotless and relaxing. 2 week manicure looked absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, one of my nails has chipped, but from experience I know the girls at Bella Derma will fix this for me when I pop in. Very happy with the service.

Such a friendly team - I was offered a drink by all three and they chatted away to me throughout. Svetlana did an excellent job of my nails and I am looking forward to going back to get them done again in future.
Svetlana was very welcoming and friendly. She listened carefully to what I said about the eyebrow shape that I wanted. The treatment was relatively pain free and I was very pleased with the results. The salon was clean and tidy; I will book again and recommend to others.

I had a Shellac for Fingers manicure. Fantastic job, so neat and tidy - looks great and really pleased with the result. Lovely, friendly staff. Will definitely return.
