The place itself was cold and empty when I got there at 9.30. They asked me to wait as they’d just got there and just put the water on so it wasn’t hot yet. I wasn’t offered anything to drink and no music was playing so during my haircut there was only the sound of the wind outside. The haircut was fine - she was a bit rough neatening it all up when my hair was dry. She blow dried it straight without asking how I wanted it blowdried and I hated it so I had to come home and redo it. They also charged me £5 more as I had clicked the short hair option but they insisted my hair was medium. But even with the £5 extra it was only £25 which is reasonable.
