Upon arriving Salon was still closed at 9.30. Therapist did not apologize for being late asked me if I had appointment which she did not know about. Said just wait 10min for water to heat. Treatment started not sure if it was done correctly. They had no idea we had made appointments through your website. My husband also booked for 11. He was on time they told him to sit but one was doing my hair the other was putting a colour in. He waited 10min asked how much longer they said hey had other hair to do so when they finished. Hey had no idea about his appointment either. He left.
Really kind nice hairdresser who explained I was booked for the wrong treatment and helped me with getting the right one. Really helpful. Very pleased with the end result
