Really disappointing. I went in specifically asking for a trim and not a lot of hair cut off. When I left and it had dried it was a lot shorter than I had asked and that I wanted so I phoned the salon and have just never been met with such rudeness, from anyone, let alone someone I had just handed money to for a service. I just explained that my hair was shorter than expected and she was like “yeah, and?”... eventually she said someone would ring me back. I haven’t heard back, and I definitely won’t be back. I understand sometimes hair cuts/ services go wrong, I just don’t expect for them to go wrong and then be spoken to so rudely as well. Ruined my hair and my day!
Been here before and had a better eyebrow shape then. A little disappointed.
