Really thorough waxing experience. Hot wax and strip wax for the shorter hairs.
This was the first time I ever had a haircut or waxing done here, I have to say that I am very impressed. I usually go to a different place that is more expensive. At Bella I found the staff very friendly and helpful, I did not have to wait around and was asked if I would like something to drink on arrival. Had a nice chat to the ladies (staff) and they made sure I was happy with the work before I left (which I was). They were very thorough with the treatments and made me feel very comfortable. The price is amazingly good for the service also. Will definitely be going back.
Such a poorly organised venue. The last four times I have booked in for an eyebrow shape I have been sent away and asked to come back half hour later. Usually the excuse is that the wax isn't warm enough, this morning's excuse that they had double booked. It is incredibly frustrating to be turned down every single time. I book with plenty of notice and therefore they should be professional and prepared. When they do the eyebrow shape, it is done to an excellent standard. They really need to work on customer service! Would advise calling ahead if you have an appointment booked!
Very Quick and efficient, clean and friendly.
Great to have a local for emergencies and same day bookings too.
