Unsuitable for children with SEN or don’t like haircuts! Originally had appt booked for 9.30 on Monday, received notification moved to 3.30, then received email saying that if my son doesn’t like haircuts to go to a barbers rather than hair styling salon! He’d be more comfortable but welcome to attend at 3.30! Completely unacceptable reply day before booking! When I replied I rec’d a reply explaining why they’d had to move appt & their nephew has autism so she understands! Not sure they do!!

Haircut is great, received many compliments from work colleagues and friends. Unfortunately, Anna wasn’t available but Homs is an amazing hairdresser and she cut my hair as I wanted. Definitely will be back again. Thank you Homa.
