The hairdresser was nice and polite, didnt wear gloves. First time booking, not sure it was Anna.
She did't damp my hair to comb and cut it like in other places.
It didnt feel right, at the end she'd to damp & straighten it at the front to check if it was straight.
The haircut is good, I paid for medium hair online, when done I was told my hair was long because it was off the shoulder (couple of cm). Had to pay £5 extra, no card machine.
Not going back.

The cut is OK but it was done with craft scissors!! I couldn't believe my eyes...unfortunately she had started cutting from the back so I couldn't see what was happening until it was too late. I'm in shock how this salon is even in business
