scheduled my haircut using the treatwell app and it stated the cost of my haircut was £26.40 however I was overcharged at the salon as provided with services I didn't ask for and left with a disappointing haircut - which I actually hate. I went in and showed the person a picture of the hairstyle I wanted - the same way it was cut the previous time I visited this salon. My hair is now alot shorter than I expected and I can't do anything with it. - I complained via email still no response. Avoid!
Despite having to wait 30 mins before being seen, I was still in and out within 2 hours. Friendly and attentive staff.

Harriet did a brilliant job at cutting my hair. She was also really approachable and made me feel very welcomed. I look forward to going back for my next cut!
Very friendly with some useful advice on hair care. One of the staff even went out especially and bought decaf tea and coffee.
Repeat visits can be risky but I am happy to say that I was really pleased with my recent visit. Arkin does a fantastic blow dry, and I was thrilled with how my hair looked! Great service as always.
