I visited Bella Hair Boutique and Academy on Tuesday and it couldn't have been a better experience. Everybody there was friendly and kind, and Arkin, who did my hair, was lovely. I had a wash, cut and blow dry. My appointment started promptly, the hair wash was very thorough and Arkin listened to what I wanted exactly. I was offered a cup of tea and a biscuit too, which was great! I'm very happy with the final result and with the extra hair care tips I received.
I'm delighted my experience was so good, as I recently moved to the area and I have definitely found my new local salon! I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
My hair looks amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough. Arkin was so professional and knew exactly what I wanted. Fantastic value for money. The colour, cut and blow dry were all perfect.
The booking process didn't quite go as planned, although I'd booked for 1st June the staff had double booked and so I had to return a week later. Even then I think I'd been forgotten again although I did manage to get my hair cut that morning.
The staff were friendly and I was given a tea and biscuit upon arrival.
I felt that the hairdresser was a little rough both with washing my hair and when blow-drying but I'm happy with the result.
Staff created a lovely atmosphere and really listened to what I wanted from my appointment. It was the first time I have ever had a balayage and am so happy with the results!! Would definitely recommend.
