Terrible overall - damaged my hair and didn’t achieve the result I wanted.

I've never had a worse experience at a hair dresser. I left with a completely incompetent hair cut as well as feeling utterly insulted. Perhaps consider training your staff in basic human decency- like not scorning someone's profession immediately after asking about it. I evidentally don't think the treatment of mental health issues are a waste of time, given the rates of suicude in the UK today, and the entitled ignorance of your staff was disgusting.
The hairdresser also bickered with me about the haircut through the entire 45mins, despite me just looking for guidance. Didn't even bother to ask about how to shape the fringe. I was made to sit in a pile of hair from the last appointment.
I've never been so insulted or disgusted at a salon and I will be warning everyone I know off this place.
Lovely staff and service, very chatty. Unfortunately wasn’t offered any water / magazines which is unusual to start off with.
The hair wash was good but the bracelet she was wearing was extremely dangly and kept clearly hitting my forward and splashing water over my face so that was disappointing considering I was told beforehand I was getting my hair done by someone with over 30 years experience.
The blow dry itself was OK, didn’t last too long as the technique didn’t suit my hair (long and thick) as not enough force was used during the blow dry in terms of going over each section quick enough.
Overall nice place but I won’t be returning for this treatment
