The lady who cut my hair was honest about its state (terrible, bleached) without being rude, even using a treatment on me for no added cost, and cut my hair exactly as I asked even when I kept asking her to cut the fringe shorter! I love my haircut and the staff were perfectly polite without being overfriendly. Overall delighted!
