The salon was very small. The bed was not adjustable so uncomfortable for me. I was given no aftercare advice. There was no time to ask for any changes to my lashes because the next client was waiting. I would have liked some adjustments made to my lashes. My lashes only lasted a few days. Shea was really lovely, but she needs more time with the client after the lashes have been applied. Also, time to advise on aftercare which I would have thought was standard customer care.
