Attempted to make me pay a cancellation fee as I had tried to reschedule an appointment on the day of my infills, Debbi explained that your lashes have to be within 50% of the orignal treatment on her website, mine were not so I wanted to reschedule for a full appointment, I text her, she didn't respond???
Booked another eye lash tech now, but just found it quiet rude and distasteful when she sent me her bank details asking for £20 for a booking of an appointment. Especially from the fact I had paid £70 for a basic eyelash application and STILL wanted to come back as i was following her journey and could see many improvements. Will not be using this service again.
