If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve given time since my appointment 8 days ago for them to rectify the situation but it has just been absolutely shambolic.
I paid £95 for a SILK PRESS only for shammika so start by blow drying my hair because she hadn’t even checked the system to know what service I paid for… let alone listen to me?
I go into detail of this horrendous experience on Google reviews but in short. I left with burned scalp, curly roots, time and money WASTED.
Chemical Straightening
Never coming back. Horrible experience except Shelly who was lovely and eventually getting £10 refund after so much headache
Hair Colouring
I booked through treatwell, paying £37 for a “re-style haircut”. Well, turns out I had to pay an extra £23 for the cut at the shop, no wash or blowdry. Feels like too much, & the final cost is not what is being advertised.
