I’ve done my hair here twice before and have had a great experience. Today was not great at all. Charged an extortionate amount for dye (only for there to still be 4 separate patches of grey) and the cut was sub-standard. Hairstylist wasn’t Naomi but someone different - she tried but it just wasn’t great. They were kind enough to offer us a free service next time but not sure we will go back after today.
