I noticed many patches of hair was left when I got home. Throughout the wax I had to point out where she needs to wax because she couldn’t see.

I don’t know if Nancy really knows what she’s doing - Did not even use a nipper to remove my cuticle - all she’s done is massage my hands and feet, which by the way is good. But I did not come for massage. Before I got home the polish is all damaged. I paid manicure and pedicure which were not delivered at all☹️
