First time at this salon and the facial was absolutely amazing!
Nafisa the therapist was very professional and very thorough.
Had a lovely arm massage too.
Definitely recommend.
The pedicure was lovely too and once again nafisa was brilliant.
Manicure which was done by another therapist was ok...

I had a lovely massage with the lady whose name I keep forgetting. They were initially amazing because they were understanding about my mistake in booking and letting me come today! Met the manager while waiting and she was lovely. Massage itself was lovely, firm but relaxing. Will be going back

I was there a little bit early and the salon wasn't open yet, I phoned the other branch to make sure my appointment was booked as I only made it late last night... I was informed that the therapist was running late and would be there in 10-15 mins which she was. The therapist was a lovely friendly young lady who made me feel very comfortable and was easy to get along with.
The treatments themselves were great expecially the pedi that was well needed! the only problem was the varnish she used opi which is what you'd expect when not going for shellac but it was still tacky a long time after I left and my toes in particular are now a bit of a mess... saying this it wouldn't put me off of returning and using the same therapist but maybe just upgrading to shellac if possible
