When I arrived for my dermalogica appointment as soon as I got inside te treatment room the lady began extraction. My face was not cleaned and prepped at all. During the treatment which I prebooked here she suggested I change it to microdermabrasion which I agreed to. Considering it costs more. All that happened is she used a diamond exfoliator machine all over my face and did an extraction. She also used the wrong setting on my eye area - then changed it with no apology. It was really painful because my face wasn't prepped at all, I know it hurts usually but alot less when you're face is prepared and ready. Before I agreed to it she also said they use red and blue light to help, but this wasn't done either.Then I was left with a mask on for 20 minutes although she said she would be 10 minutes. There was no music to help me relax, nothing. The only time the beautician was with me was for about 25 minutes.She left alone for 20 minutes then she came back washed it off and saw me off. There was also a bin full of dirty wax strips at the foot of the bed. It was not even remotely relaxing. The next day I broke out even more, which has never happened before. it is definietly not worth £50 and other places do a much better job for a cheaper price. So dissappointed will not be visiting again
