I got waxing done, full body and brazillian i must say that the therapist was professional and didnt hurt at all. She was very kind and was done quick. The salon was very clean and nice. All therapist were very helpful . I will definitly will come back dispate negative feedback from some people which i think is wrong because i didnt experience that anyway i will advise to try bella nora.
One place I would AVOID in future. Staff are very unprofessionally trained and the reception manned by the manager was very pushy into making you purchase another treatment due to % scheme. I didn't even get a full hour's massage and 2 therapist waxed my legs at the same which ended up not only with ingrowing hair but the growth grew back within 3 days! When I complained, they failed to response to myself or the company where I purchased my discount voucher.
Had a body massage, great relaxing experience,was really impressed with both presentation and service,the lady who did my massage was really sweet and did my massage with full effort..money well spent!
bella nora is 7 min away from eastham station which is a plus point. First impression of salon is amazing so nice posh looking and very clean. Service is brilliant and therpist are very friendly and helpful.
I got lots of treatment done, i came to the salon bcuse i heard lots of good reviews which was very true. I got highlights was cut and blowdry. The highlights was so nice and the cut was amazing the therapist guided me what will suit me she was very professional. End verdict will give 10/10. all my friends loved it. I got pedicure and waxing done. I must say all the therapist there are very experienced and professional. Waxing i must say didnt hurt much and was done very quick normally it hurts. Pedicure was so good. My feet looked nice and soft and at the end gave me a foot massage which was a bonus. I will highly recommend people to attend bella nora . My friends and family will definitly come again.
I had heard of this salon from my best friend who had a her highlights done a few months ago and she loved it! I had been meaning to change my hair colour for a long time and she recommended bellanora. So i went to have my full head colour,wash cut and blow-dry and i have to say i was really impressed.The salon looked really clean,the staff took really good care of me and my hair was exactly how i wanted it! I have received many compliments and will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family!
