Todays shellac manicure and pedicure was not to a great standard I am sad to say. Plus to be charged €10 to remove Shellac that they had applied is beyond belief. I won't be returning

It wasn't necessary a deep tissue massage, it was more a relaxing one. I tried to point out my needs and the part of my body where I needed her to insist but it didn't matter. My lower back wasn't even touched... It wasn't bad but I expected more since I asked for a deep tissue massage.
