Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Three of my nails were bleeding, they hadn’t been filed evenly and the paint job itself looked awful. Needless to say, I asked for the colour to be removed and left. As I was leaving, I was told I’d still have to pay “because I’d still received a service”. Obviously I refused.

To my disappointment, this was the worst experience I have had from a nail technician. The only negative review I have felt necessary to put out there. My cuticles were pulled rather than cut and removed. This has created a ragged edge and some cuticles bled. The finished shape was less than acceptable. I had questioned the quality of her work. She blamed my nails. This was my first experience at this branch and would never come to this location again. I would urge everyone to stay clear.
