I was received without a smile. They didn't accept my birthday gift card to pay (they basically stole £25 out my friends as my friends called to understand why it wasn't working and they refused to make a new one) The lady did forget the top coat on my left hand; I told her something to make her realise it: 'these nails don't turn white under the light', she replied 'Sides of your body are different'! I also hated the marketing manipulation into booking more treatments and the daily emails.

Turned up for appointment after receiving confirmation email from Treatwell, they had no record of my booking and lady at desk tried to imply was my fault despite showing her the email. She said also they don’t do men’s. Someone at fault here, salon or Treatwell but am not happy that had a wasted afternoon.
