Staff wasn't expecting me due to system issues with Treatwell. Waited 40 minutes before being seen with the staff arguing while I was lying down on the bed. Kept getting asked during the massage whether I want to reschedule and get charged half the price? The massage did not last an hour and without any pressure whatsoever.
