Originally booked an appointment and paid via the app only to then be told that they didn't have a hairdresser so couldn't fulfill what I'd already paid for. Said I could do it on the Saturday but wanted for the Saturday so wasn't impressed.
When I finally had the appointment I had to prove that I had already paid which I don't think I should've. My hair cut was ok apart from having some chunky layers added which I didn't ask for. I won't be going back.

Good massage and good staff treatment. Cheaper than other places offering 1h massages in the area, so overall worth it. Nothing amazing but it's not to be expected. You get what you pay for.

Upon arriving to the salon, I was told they couldn't find my booking, so I had to wait for 15 minutes until they sorted it out. The lady who did my eyelashes was very friendly and the extensions did look great on the day. she told they would last for two weeks, however two days later most of them came off together with my own eyelashes! I'm fuming. I could have easily used fake eyelashes one could buy in a shop and done it myself, for a lot less money! And keep my own eyelashes intact too. Disappointed to say the least!
