Originally booked an appointment and paid via the app only to then be told that they didn't have a hairdresser so couldn't fulfill what I'd already paid for. Said I could do it on the Saturday but wanted for the Saturday so wasn't impressed.
When I finally had the appointment I had to prove that I had already paid which I don't think I should've. My hair cut was ok apart from having some chunky layers added which I didn't ask for. I won't be going back.
