They were running late and my booking had not pulled through from treatwell onto their system so staff had to call treatwell to confirm my booking. The music in the massage room was poor quality and kept sticking, it was quite annoying. The massage itself was quite good but not as firm as I wanted. I'd book a deep tissue massage if I was to return.

Had a deep tissue massage with Santa and I was really impressed. While all deep tissue massages are not particularly relaxing Santa worked at getting rid of knots, checked regarding pressure. My back and shoulders in particular feel so much better. Would definitely recommend.
