Staff had no knowledge of my booking. There must have been a miscommunication between Treatwell and the salon. Staff did not offer me anything despite my disappointment.

I had CND shellac hands and feet and I was happy with the service. Lovely and professional staff - Misbah and Asma did great job.
The service included shaping, filing and CND colour.
My only concern was manicure table which was terribly small and uncomfortable for both the customer and staff.

Salon clean and staff were lovely. I was very happy with my hair cut and blow dry.
My waxing treatment was not ideal however, was not given anything to cover up with when waxer entered/exited the room which made me feel uncomfortable, and generally just felt a bit awkward compared to how I normally feel. However was flexible when I asked to change to hot wax and I really appreciated that.
