Nice treatment but booked requesting one therapist and got another.
It was my first time having a massage treatment and I loved every second of it. Staff was so professional and friendly. I highly recommend! :-)
Warm and friendly staff and a really very pleasant experience.
Lovely foot massage - would highly recommend! Gorgeous :-)
I was really disappointed by my haircut here, as I've had a good one by a different hairdresser here before. Firstly, I was asked whether I wanted conditioner when they washed my hair, which seemed odd as I told them I've got really dry hair. I dismissed it as maybe they get a lot of people asking to skip it. Then, I explained that I wanted hardly anything taken off my layers but about half an inch to an inch off my ends. The hairdresser nodded, and offered me a drink. This is always a nice gesture but when I asked for a coffee, it came in a polystyrene cup. I'm not normally snobby about these type of things but this cut was advertised as being £50 reduced to half price as a special offer. For a £50 cut, you wouldn't get a polystyrene cup. How hard is it just to give out normal cups and wash them up? Anyway, the haircut itself was very strange. She grabbed random sections of hair, roughly combed them and took different amounts off the ends. My hair was put in a wonky middle parting for this, and when I protested she said my parting made no difference until the blow dry. I noticed that she was taking about half an inch off my layers and nothing off my ends, but I was scared of asking her to do my ends when her hair cutting technique was so poor. Then she started drying my hair, with no heat protecting products or anything (again, my hairs very dry and fragile - it's been bleached). I stopped her to do the parting and after three of her wonky attempts, I just did it myself. Then she finished the blow dry. This was done very roughly, so I ended up with masses of frizz. I asked for some serum at the end to calm it down and she couldn't identify which bottle was serum until one of the other women found it for her. After, she was very sweet a day seemed proud of her work (like she was very new), taking photos of the blow dry (which looked ok now it'd been de-frizzed). I was feeling annoyed but thought I'd let the whole thing go, until I went home to inspect the cut. I have more split ends now than when I went in! My ends are the same length, just thinned out a bit, and the rough blow dry had tangled my hair together. Really unimpressed. I guess you get what you pay for with this "half price" haircut.
