Not a great start as the salon wasn't notified of my booking so the staff were surprised when I turned up. However, they rolled with it and fit me in and my nail treatments weren't rushed. Unfortunately though everything was a bit stop-start as they were low on staff and it was a busy Saturday. But that wasn't the fault of the staff; they were calm and completely charming throughout.
The nail treatment was great, the eyebrow threading was ok.

The hairdresser really knows how to cut your hair. She takes time to listen to what you want or look at a photo and ensures that she keeps to that. I love going there for my haircut and it's definitely going to be my regular!
