Demi was absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease. However poor lighting in the room was to blame for the fact that i still had a quite a few hairs left. I cannot blame Demi for this because even i couldn't see them. The venue really needs to sort out the lighting in that treatment room.

I recently had a Swedish massage at Bella Nora and am usually a regular here for this treatment. The massage was relaxing and the therapist was professional thgroughout. I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. However I did feel the therapist could have spent longer working on getting out knots in my shoulders and back which is the reason I get this massage. It did feel this was rushed over a little and felt the massage was more of a relaxing massage than a swedish massage which usually does target my knots and tense muscles. The pressure could have been harder as well.
