Wow! - I was repeating that every 15 mins. The girls are just lovely. They offered me beverages three or four times. I was really stressed, like I'm always when I'm at hairdresser, but this visit was so relaxing. Mihaela cut, coloured and blow-dried my hair. She's an amazing expert! I think she's the best hairdresser I have ever met. I'm not going to look for such any more. Nazia did my eyebrows and they looked amazing! However they were not as dark as I wanted them to be after the first try, and I asked her to put the liquid on them again, and after the second try they weren't so perfect, but still very nice and with nice shape. The third girl (Sorry, I don't remember the name) washed my head and I almost fell asleep. The whole visit was extremely relaxing and it made my day.

I will not be returning.
I thought this would be my one stop waxing place when I first went and if this review was based on my first experience I would have given it 5/5. However, subsequent visits have changed my mind:
1. During my hollywood waxing the door was opened to their MALE boss. I was told he didn't see me but I definitely saw him so doubt what they told me. I felt really embarrassed! They did not seem concerned about my privacy.
2. I went in during a busy period and even though I had booked an appointment I waited 25-35mins to be seen (I actually didn't mind waiting). But when I was seen - the waxing was rushed and not as smooth as it could have been. I was told the hairs were too short. However- I went to a different place the next day and got a completely smooth wax.
3. I was told that if I book directly with them they would give me the same Wahanda discounts - this was not the case so I ended up buying full price.
4. On my first visit I booked a hollywood for £35 and got a strip wax. I only just learnt that that should have been a hot wax treatment so I feel a bit cheated now.
