The place felt a bit bare- perhaps it's quite new and so not fully set up yet. The staff were quite friendly but the ambiance in general was not too warm. The threading was ok although I was not asked how I would like them done or if I was happy with the results

Wow! - I was repeating that every 15 mins. The girls are just lovely. They offered me beverages three or four times. I was really stressed, like I'm always when I'm at hairdresser, but this visit was so relaxing. Mihaela cut, coloured and blow-dried my hair. She's an amazing expert! I think she's the best hairdresser I have ever met. I'm not going to look for such any more. Nazia did my eyebrows and they looked amazing! However they were not as dark as I wanted them to be after the first try, and I asked her to put the liquid on them again, and after the second try they weren't so perfect, but still very nice and with nice shape. The third girl (Sorry, I don't remember the name) washed my head and I almost fell asleep. The whole visit was extremely relaxing and it made my day.
