I will not be returning.
I thought this would be my one stop waxing place when I first went and if this review was based on my first experience I would have given it 5/5. However, subsequent visits have changed my mind:
1. During my hollywood waxing the door was opened to their MALE boss. I was told he didn't see me but I definitely saw him so doubt what they told me. I felt really embarrassed! They did not seem concerned about my privacy.
2. I went in during a busy period and even though I had booked an appointment I waited 25-35mins to be seen (I actually didn't mind waiting). But when I was seen - the waxing was rushed and not as smooth as it could have been. I was told the hairs were too short. However- I went to a different place the next day and got a completely smooth wax.
3. I was told that if I book directly with them they would give me the same Wahanda discounts - this was not the case so I ended up buying full price.
4. On my first visit I booked a hollywood for £35 and got a strip wax. I only just learnt that that should have been a hot wax treatment so I feel a bit cheated now.

I didn't understand why I book for a 1h45min treatment but I just had 1h. Anyway it was nice, I will have another one soon!

I was very nervous about getting my Brazilian Wax as it was only the second time I've had it done (!) but the woman (who I believe is the manager) did an amazing job of talking to me and trying to distract me from the discomfort! She made me feel at ease and even used some hot wax at the end to show me how good and less painful it was so I'll be booking that next time.
