Unprofessional staff, only Naz seemed to be a professional.
The salon needs more experienced staff and a better attitude towards their customer's needs.

Naz was great, very chatty and put you at ease, as well as explaining the different kinds of wax used.
Brazilian Waxing
I had 3D lipo done from Suneela and i must say she was very welcoming and professional. She didn't rush me into anything and explained and answered all my questions in detail. She was very assuring and very friendly. When i went to my first treatment i especially asked for her as i was most comfortable with her. I have had 4 treatments now and i have seen a huge difference. Some of my new clothes are loose for me, which is a good sign! Definitely money well spent!
Best waxing experience, completely painful, fast and reasonable value. A very clean and homely environment. Will be returning very soon!
Really lovely and friendly staff. It could have been a bit cleaner.... But they were having a bit of a rush on because of the great deal they had. Would go back.
