Booked an argon oil mask and treatment for £49. The focus was on the blow dry not the treatment. Didn't notice any improvement in the quality of my hair after which was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. Salon itself wasn't relaxing at all. Choice of music was more suited to a rave than a beauty salon. And staff talk extremely loud in their own language. I recently had a Swedish massage at Bella Nora. Despite the therapist not knowing about my appointment which I had booked through Wahanda, she was friendly and accommodating. The therapist Naz was professional at all times and the massage was lovely. Naz applied the perfect amount of pressure and was gentle with the areas of my body that were sore and had a lot of knots. She provided me with some good advice on how to better look after my body in future. In general, I had a really nice massage and will be returning for anther in the coming weeks.
Although I was kept waiting for a while. Overall happy with the service, very friendly staff, my massage therapist Naz was great and very welcoming. She did a great job!
