Appointment was rushed, technician spent the entire consultation talking with colleague and paying poor attention to me/my nails. This resulted in no to detail with finished result - poor filing, wonky and uneven nails, left appointment with glue stuck to skin beneath and edges poorly filed. I tried this venue for the first time after checking out the glowing reviews. Thoroughly disappointed and a costly experience, as I ended up paying for another shop to fix them
