Very disappointing overall. Eyebrow threading was good, but the pedicure was mediocre and repeated requests to clean around my nails were ignored. The hard gel extensions were awful: uneven lengths and shapes, flat structure and poorly finished. I asked for them to be corrected during the appointment, but they were still uneven. Communication throughout was also very difficult.
