First of all, I asked for short nails, but she seemed afraid to cut them. I really don’t understand why it’s my nails, and I should be able to choose how I want them, not her. Secondly, they were all very rude. They only spoke in their own language in front of customers, making it impossible for anyone else to understand looks like that are taking about you. I work with people myself, and I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Manicure was great but were running late as had taken walk ins, which was a little stressful as I had a train to catch. Manicure was quick and good though.
