It is the worst nail bar. Totally unfriendly and rushed. Sns dipping nails was done in such a rush. all nails are in a different shape and it was only dipped twice in the colour. Total rip-off

Used incredibly hot wax directly onto the most sensitive area first. Then laughed at me as it was “the normal temperature” but which I told her was burning me. She tore the strips off too slowly which was very painful. I really hope that the bed that is used is sanitised fully between treatments as it just had some paper towel over it which tore very easily. Overall outcome was ok when we got there. Will not visit again.

First time having eyelash extensions done. Patch test done no issues. On the day the whole salon stunk of strong chemicals so both me and the therapist kept coughing. Therapist was friendly but very rough; she stuck the tape over my waterline so it was rubbing my eye, and kept pulling on my own lashes. Too much glue used which meant it was painful to close my eyes or touch the lash. Doctor has started me on chloraphenicol eye drops due to redness etc. The lashes look nice but lots of problems :(
