Male therapist cut too deep cuticles and I have been bleeding for the whole pedicure session. I just hope tools they use are always completely sterilized but I have my doubts. I saw the scissor that made me bleeding put away on a shelf without doing anything else. I won’t go there anymore.

Got BIAB done and the nail shapes are all uneven, they're bumpy, the polish floods into the cuticle. The technician rushed them and was rough.
