Awful. Absolutely awful. Booked for an acrylic removal and they only let my nails soak in acetone for less than 5 minute, then the nail tech proceeded to rip off the acrylics using a spare plastic nail tip. Truly a nightmare , it hurt so bad and when I told her she didn’t stop!!! My nails are completely ruined now, there was no consideration for my actual nails. Place wasn’t the cleanest either. With the towel used to rest my hands full of nail clippings and residual powder from filing
