Very disappointed. Made to wait. Salon was really awful. Peeling walls/ ceiling. No apology for being made to wait 15 mins from therapist. Therapists talked to each other during treatment ( how disrespectful), products smelt cheap, she didn’t even bother to take off my eye make up. Rushed through it and clearly didn’t care whether I liked it or not. There was no sense of caring or pampering whatsoever. I have had many facials over the years but this salon was very poorly maintained. I’ll not be back, avoid.
