Salon was very busy and it wasn’t a relaxing or professional experience. I was in the middle of my treatment & a ‘walk in’ shouted over to my therapist to do her nails...he left me mid treatment without telling me or directing me to who was going to paint my nails.
I was also given the nail colour chart & left to sit for 15mins - I had chosen the colour I wanted & then they informed me that I had been given the wrong colour chart... the next colours were not as nice and then they did not have 2 of the varnishes which I had chosen.
Treatwell prices also seem to be more expensive than the cash only prices in store...

Good choice of colours and friendly staff, for me I would have preferred a lot more moisturiser on my heels of my feet and hands and more massage.
