The salon is a little on the grungy side. I can live with basic, but paper peeling down is bad. I always have lash extensions, first time here. Beware any place that doesn’t require a 24 hour patch test of the glue. I went in myself to get it, no adverse effects, so went for my full set, prepaid. The technician tried to sell me a more costly treatment. Please, just provide what is paid for. It confused things when she didn’t seem to know what I had asked for. Taken downstairs and there are 2 treatment rooms with doors, plus s treatment bed which is just in an open area which I was shown to. Hated that. My technician stuck the packets of lashes across my forehead for ease of reach rather than the back of her own hand. Hated that. The glue used was so strong, made my eyes constantly water... hallmarks of a cheap product. Hated that. She couldn’t do a full job and criticised my own faint lashes for her inadequate technique. Hated that. She lefts a visibly large blob of white glue in the corner of my eye that stuck my lids together initially, then she prised apart which stung like the dickens. Hated that. She was friendly enough, but I’d rather have someone mute and competent rather than chatty and causes you pain.
You get shat you pay for, I will remember to book my usual place in advance instead of last minute. Because this place was not good at all. I’d say to anyone else, please be wary.
