My pedicure turned out lovely - there was quite a wait, it seems like they might accept walk-in customers and not consider customers who have a pre-booked appointment so they end up being short staffed.

Awful. They clearly didn't have enough staff working so they sent me to a different beautician completely. Why take bookings when you don't have enough staff?
