Salon was running late( they were very busy) but apologetic about my appointment not been on time... and I was still out in good time. The staff are friendly (tall male who may be senior/ manager there is particularly lovely). Shellac take off manicure and re-varnish was excellent. Always happy with the results, which is more than I can say about other salons in the area. I am a regular and really missed them when they closed for a refurb. I will highly recommend them to others!
