Treatment was fine. However, the therapist was working on two people at once (myself and another lady) and did not clean the tools when switching between us- I had to ask her to do so. Very big hygiene concern, would absolutely not go back

Unfortunately my SNS nails chipped only a week later on almost all of my nails whilst on holiday, so I don’t think I’d get the treatment again. Also unimpressed that I still have to pay for removal.
