On arrival to the salon they didn't have any record of my appointment. I then had to announce to the entire salon what treatments I was after.
After some confused looks and a few phone calls I was told we had to go to their other salon up the road - which frankly just seemed strange.
Turns out the lady that was suppose to be at that salon had called in sick that day (though I had only made the appointment a couple of hours before hand)
The other salon was fine but after a previous not great experience I had purposefully not rebooked there.
I got a different lady this time who was excellent - which is why I've given overall a 4 star as after the initial embarrassment I was happy with the treatment.

A pleasant salon opposite Clapham Junction - I wanted a particular CND colour which they didn't have, but they made an effort to ring their sister salon nearby and somebody ran over with the colour! My manicure looks fantastic and I'll be coming back.
