When I arrive, I waited 10min until the therapist came in. She told me the wax wasn't ready so we had to go in an other salon near by... The lady was nice but I'm not sure about the venue... The other venue was clean and my legs are properly waxed!

Overall I'm pleased but it was fairly chaotic and the person doing my nails kept getting up and down to answer the phone or deal with something else so I was just left there by myself a lot.
