It was my first time getting a lash lift. The process was a bit long, but the end results were great! The lift came out great as expected. I had to avoid wearing eye makeup that day, but when I put on mascara the next day, it looked fantastic.

On arrival to the salon they didn't have any record of my appointment. I then had to announce to the entire salon what treatments I was after.
After some confused looks and a few phone calls I was told we had to go to their other salon up the road - which frankly just seemed strange.
Turns out the lady that was suppose to be at that salon had called in sick that day (though I had only made the appointment a couple of hours before hand)
The other salon was fine but after a previous not great experience I had purposefully not rebooked there.
I got a different lady this time who was excellent - which is why I've given overall a 4 star as after the initial embarrassment I was happy with the treatment.
