I booked a 60mins massage received actual 40 mins only Despite my messaging them they ignored my messages. Charged full price. Then I received a threatening message from a different number advising me I shouldn't complain.

This was my first time venturing to a new waxer after having gone to the same place for years, and I was very happy with the experience. Rose is very friendly and puts you at ease. The wax was the least painful I’ve ever had and I was really happy with the result. Would recommend!
