I treated myself to a manicure as I have a special event coming up. The reviews for here were good so I was happy with my choice. However I wish I had picked another place. The staff were lovely and friendly but the manicure itself was not good. As I had paid in advance I was unsure of how to complain. I will not be returning.

Diane is wonderful and super friendly, once again a brilliant service. Always support your salon by booking straight through them! It's super easy via their Facebook page/email.

Venue was extremely shabby and run down, it felt unclean. Staff were OK but it was definitely not a relaxing experience due to the surroundings.

It took some time to verify that I had paid in advance. This hasn't been a problem at other places.

Good. I wish places would offer a customer loyalty programme so I wouldn't need to book through here to receive offers/vouchers for treatments, I've learned many places do not like you using wahanda/treatwell due to commission being taken. Great place though and will go again.
