I booked and paid (unrefundable) the day prior to service. I recurved a strange email from the salon saying they would be busy with direct Kent’s and I’d have to be patient if they were delayed. In the end it took over 2 hours to do a very basic pedicure (quick rasp and shellac on nails) I didn’t even have time for the manicure they just did file and paint. Nice enough folks BUT over £75 for that was appalling.
Appreciate they were busy BUT don’t take the booking if you don’t have the capacity
