I always do manicure in this place, masters always make it as I wish, I always invent new colours and types of manicure but it is never problem for them to implement my wish!!! So that's why I just LOVE this place :)
Wish it was slightly cheaper and I'd have it done every other week! Very pleased with my nails. Definitely recommend it

Had a lovely relaxing hour after a stressful day at work.
I loved the massage chair where I sat for my Spa Pedicure; it had different programs and I was given the controls to adjust it to my own preference.
It was so tranquil and quiet, I nearly fell asleep!
The staff were super-polite and friendly and I came out walking on air!

I had my eyebrows done here yesterday, and although the treatment was just as good as I expected, the level of customer service was shocking! Whenever I go for any type of beauty or hair treatment, I always expect (and usually find) friendly staff members, and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. However, what I received yesterday was the complete opposite of this. The staff member who did my treatment barely said 10 words to me, didn't greet me in a friendly manner or even small, and basically just appeared to not want to be doing her job at all. Will definitely not be returning here in the future!
